Communication Self Assessment:  All of you know, I am a huge fan of self-assessment  -- not just in Communication but for every area of our lives. Based on what we discussed during our first day together, here is a link to a wonderful Communications self-assessment tool on the MindTools website, "How Good Are Your Communication Skills?".   MindTools offers amazing self-assessment tools for free.
